Was their this past Saturday, 11-23-19, Just Terrible Service, Started from the Hostess to the Waitress, Hostess gave the three of us dirty looks, had to go up for pur Drinks & No Manager, this place is set up for a pick up place….should close this locaion; main offi e in Florida never return a call made to them, less than on star. RJ
Went to this location for lunch yesterday. The waiter spilled my friend’s drink all over her. It was a wet disaster to say the least. It doesn’t end there – It took forever for our waiter to take our food orders. Even worse, our food was never served to us even after waiting over 25 minutes. We ended up having to leave the restaurant without eating because we all had 2pm meetings to attend. One of my worst lunch experiences EVER.
First time here, no complaints. Had a couple drinks and an appetizer, the crispy cauliflower. Everything was really good!
I’ve been to other Millers locations and this one seems to be my favorite, I don’t know how it has such a bad rating! Went in on a Saturday night to the bar area… got seated and 2 people came to check on us to get started. I went with their steak & shrimp with a sweet/spicy sauce with broccoli and mashed potatoes… very yummy !!! No complaints here. Steak was cooked well (for me), potatoes and gravy were good and soft, broccoli seemed to be prepared in the oven because it wasn’t soft more like tender with a salt/pepper/garlic finish, and the shrimps were my favorite!! Breaded with the sauce and green onions on top. Service was good for the most part , even had the manager come and check how we were doing. Love their little fire pit out in the patio for some drinks and hanging out.
Was out on a 40-45min wait. That’s fine. Few guest without reservations sat before my table of 2. Walking up to the table you could tell it wasn’t wiped well. Also, a bug that was smashed on the table still there and around the table on the floor was used napkins. Ordered a pitcher of watermelon margarita and let the server know that we didn’t want it because it was watered down. When she gave it to the bartender you could hear him say what table did that come from?!… Ordered zingers and chicken egg rolls and after the food was brought out we were told the sauce that comes on or with the eggs rolls they didn’t have. She asked what we would like as a substitute and we asked for sour cream. As she came back 5 mins said they didn’t have any because it’s on back order and came out with ranch. For my soft drink when she took our order I asked for a coke. She came back 20 mins later after I had to ask her again for my soft drink with a Dr Pepper. And had to have receipt corrected before I was charged for the margarita pitcher that was taken back for quality.
Came here on a late Tuesday night to get some Zingers and sangria which my best friend and I always order. We were sat in a booth and the server came to our table after 5-6 minutes. Our server never made eye contact with us which was a little confusing, but nevertheless got our order in. It took a while to get our Zingers Mountain Melts, but it was at least still hot and fresh. The red sangria pitcher is always a go to for us and we can finish about 3 cups for each pitcher between two of us. Overall, was a fair experience and nothing out of the ordinary.
I had gotten so many mixed reviews about this place. But I still wanted to come and check it out for myself. Me and my son came on a weekday for our weekly mother and son date. I suggest we come here and check it out. The wait was a little long. I couldn’t believe even on a weekday there were so many families out to eat with their kids. No judging everyone has to eat. We waited like 30 minutes for a table and I was telling myself this has better be some good food, drinks and service. We were seated at a nice table close by the bar. A great place to come and watch sports with so many TV’s. Comfortable vibe. Our waitress came over quickly with glasses of water. We looked through the menu and ordered. Our food arrived in a decent amount of time. It was enjoyable. After that long wait I needed me a drink. I ordered the strawberry mule and it wasn’t bad just a little bitter taste. We enjoyed our food.
Most Recent Review: I am happy to say the VP has since contacted me and everything has since been resolved! Our last visit was this past week and Millers lived up to its better chain establishment reputation! We visited during their Happy Hour and started with their Spinach Dip. It was slightly more done than I would prefer, but delicious nonetheless. I had the soup and salad lunch deal and I was pleasantly surprised by their tomato bisque! All vegetarian and very flavorful! The side salad was tasty, as per usual. My husband tried their full rack of ribs and preferred for them to have a little more sauce to them. It was easily taken care of once he asked for more on the side. The waitress could have also been a little faster with obtaining the check and refills, but she did have a few tables. Overall, Millers has won me back for good! I will definitely return!
Horrible waits today. Hosts were terrible, told us 10 minutes and much longer wait. Didn’t even write us in after numerous people arrived after us. Never go back.
It’s a wonderful opportunity to sit at an establishment during this pandemic especially with so many restaurants closing their doors these days. However, it’s also because of the pandemic most of us consumers miss all of our favorite dishes and mixed drinks. So, when you finally have a chance to sit down and take your mind away from the chaotic world we live in you would expect to have your food exactly how you remember. I ordered the southwest chicken egg rolls as an app and after noticing that it was missing 3 ingredients and bringing it to our server’s attention I was told it was cooked into the egg rolls. A few minutes later the server returns to say that he brought it to the cooks attention and they said that (wait for it…) “because of the pandemic” they stopped adding those ingredients; however, someone in my party ordered chips and queso which queso was one of the ingredients missing and it stated in the ingredients on the paper menu they are now using “because of the pandemic”. Other guests in my party ordered the fresh chicken wings and they came out cooked in the sauce which basically left them bland and they were fried too long. The sauce and oil merged leaving a mess of oily bland garbage juice. After my entree arrived it looked amazing at first sight however after getting past everything piled on top the fettuccine was overcooked the garlic bread was hard as a brick. The chicken breast was salty and rubbery and the shrimp tasted like something left in the freezer entirely too long. I really can’t believe that any establishment like this gets by with such low quality food. I really feel bad to even leave this review because I’ve seen many establishments close down during this pandemic but it’s no excuse for pedaling garbage out to customers.
