Jimmy John’s

Sandwiches are okay and come fast, but don’t expect it to be correct, especially if you do customizations. I live in the neighborhood and order frequently as it’s the only JJ’s that delivers to my location. The sandwiches come correct about 50% of the time. Like I said, it’s mostly the customization — no oil and vinegar or oregano and basil on the Italian is the biggest culprit. The only upside is that they send a new sandwich out without hesitation when you call. But it would be nice if they came right the first time.

So I just left from here mind you I come here all the time and order the exact same thing. Two #4 and a 3rd #4 half with everything half just turkey mayo. Pretty simple right! Well not for the young lady that was working there. 1 she has a face on her like she is bothered. 2. Tells me they don’t make it that way in which my response was yes, I always get this way. Put a face again and say that weired. If I was not in a rush for being double parked I would had shown this young lady lesson 101 on customer service! What was weired?! What’s weired is that she did not know basic half/half. Wow! I never had an expierence like this any where. Also, don’t use the same knife that you cut your onions on other stuff. A customer like me who hate onions to have the other ingredients taste like it is disgusting. Poor customer service. -1 star.

Total shit place, as a customer, their manager is a total bitch. No wonder this place has the worst reviews on the street.

Sandwich was quick. However bread was hard and not as fresh as many other jimmy John locations I’ve been to this week. Won’t be returning to this location.

They delivered my order to the wrong address on the wrong street. This is a big deal. No empathy or sorry given when I called, just ok I’ll talk to the guy. I’m not mad I’m disappointed.

This place has some okay sandwiches, but it’s not worth the price I paid for mine. Besides the service was not welcoming. Dudes had some attitude.

please move your delivery zones so that you can reach 1.5 miles away- were both in logan square.

Consistently bad service. I am a big fan of Jimmy Johns and I have had a terrible experience only at this location every time. This will be my last visit to this location. Stale bread and rude employees.

I very rarely get JJ’s due to a bit of a bad experience with quality which I’ll spare you the deets as it isnt’ pleasant. However, I was in need of a quick lunch and decided to give it another shot, this time forgoing the Turkey and getting the smoked Ham..Pepe to be exact. The sandwich was good as I remember but really this review is to highlight the lightening fast sandwich maker who firmly ensconced himself as the sorta epitome of Jimmy’s tag line. FrkyFst.Whoa!

Delivery drivers don’t wear masks. I saw them enter and exit the restaurant and their cars without masks during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
