It was a good place, until they messed my order up and gave me the hardest time to fix it. Actually told me I had to wait until all other orders were done. Wow. Definitely my last time here.

Horrible service!!! Cashier very rude and seems bothered by any questions ask. Save yourself and visit the location on North Ave. service is much better and they have heat! Its cold as hell in there!

They totally messed up my order! I should have looked over the reviews before coming to this place but I had their food in the past and thought it would be a safe yes. I ordered a torta special didn’t give me my fries and the sandwich had nothing but meat and cheese (dry no salsa no avocado no nothing!) Ordered steak/chicken fries with everything on it only got cheese. The sad part is I spent over $25 so they can mess up every meal purchased! don’t know if they’re under new management but whatever they are doing it’s not working! Please fix the phone!
