Dunkin’

I came in at a slow time between 9:00-11:00 to kill some time. Both of the young ladies were very hard working and always on task, whether serving customers or cleaning the dining are, windows, etc. My turkey sausage, egg, and cheese on flatbread was very good as well.

One person working the counter with 10 deep in the building as more people walk in. This place is ridiculous

One of the slowest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. I went around 5:30 pm, a slow time, and I waited at least 15 minutes for a coffee. Mind you there were no customers in front of me and two employees behind the counter. I wish they’d do better.

Terrible service! The lady working messed up the order and refused to fix it, she said it’s the customers fault for not ordering correctly Absurd!

I purchased a Box O’ Joe this morning for the staff and nursing students at the school I was working at. A colleague of mine poured a cup of coffee, added some creamer, took a sip and immediately spit it out. It turned out the creamer had gone bad! We began opening more of the creamer containers they gave me and found that they were all spoiled! I called the store back to let them know, three times, but no one answered. I then stopped by on my way home and was told there was nothing they could do by the employee working at the front. She asked me to come back Monday instead. I was very disappointed with the service and concerned for the food safety of the patrons of this Dunkin’ Donuts and will not be returning here.

Walked in at 6:26 pm to purchase a gift card and was told they were closed by the guy working. Come to find out, they’re open until 7:00…Taking my business to Starbucks.

Place is the worst. Usually have one person working and it takes 10-15 minutes to get a lousy coffee! Of course everyone who comes in gets multiple sandwiches that take forever to prepare, etc. what happened to just getting a coffee? I’m from Boston and the Dunkin’s there are much faster and we’ll staffed. Before you go in check the line. If it’s more than 2, go somewhere else as it will take a very long time!

Okay I thought this place would be perfect because it’s right by my work. I ordered on the app while I was on my 20 min bus ride and it still wasn’t ready when I got in. Firstly, the woman was on her cell phone. Didn’t acknowledge me even though I said hello THREE TIMES. She gave me the finger to wait and she was making drinks while talking on her cell phone. Then she goes ahead and finishes an order for a woman that ordered on the app 10 min after me. I know because I saw the receipts on the table. AND THEN she got my order wrong. She was so distracted from being on her phone. Didn’t apologize at all. This is my second bad experience at this Dunkin. The staff has always been rude. Just wanted a coffee before I started my shift at the hospital.

Ordered from this store through DoorDash, and they only gave dasher one out of 3 items. I tried calling the store and the number was disconnected. I do not recommend this store at all.

Love this Dunkin. Part of my morning routine working around the corner, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. I think people get frustrated because they are lightly staffed sometimes but the service level has always been great I’m a regular here for work coffee runs. The employees here are so nice and they always know my order. They are more than patient and accommodating to my “picky” orders whether it is food or coffee. Overall your average Dunkin’ Donuts. The staff is pleasant and my orders have always been placed and fulfilled in a timely manner. The store is always kept clean as they have staff that regularly tidies up the store. Food and drink are normally fresh (depending on the time of day that you order). They have always made my drinks correctly and I have never had to go back to have my order fixed which is something that I appreciate, especially from a large chain like Dunkin’.
