Caroline’s bbq

First let me welcome Carolines to my neighborhood. When I enter a new establishment I notice decor, food choices, price and customer service. I don’t expect all aspects to fire on all pistons day 1 but i do look for adjustments as the business finds it sea legs. I must say i was impressed day 1. Decor was sharp…food and portion, right…customer service was great. I could tell this wasn’t the owners first dance. I wish them all the luck at their new location.

HORRIBLE!! Stopped by after work to get a mini tip w/mixed sauce, what a BIG mistake!! Rib tips were boiled & the meat was TOUGH!! Didn’t taste like any Hickory, Mesquite, Apple or Cherry Wood touched these at all!!! The sauce tasted like commercial bbq sauce. Wouldn’t recommend & DEFINITELY won’t go back!!

They make their wings fresh from scratch, so call-in if you’re in a rush! Real barbecue, not cooked in the oven. They have homemade cake and turkey tips. This place is very clean and nice. They totally redid the inside. I’ve worked on the west side for 10 years and now it is a place close enough to eat that I don’t have to worry to much about stopping at. Please support. I got the wing and tip combo and it was delicious!
